Community is medicine!

We’re conducting focus group discussions to inform the development of a new online tool that will help people in your community get connected to social supports, volunteer opportunities and more through “social prescribing” initiatives! We want to hear form you to make sure it meets your community’s needs!

If you are a health or social service provider or a member of the community, are 16+ years of age or older, and live on Vancouver Island or the surrounding islands, we hope you’ll join us by signing up to participate in a 60-90 minute focus group interview on Zoom. All participants will receive $50 CAD, paid by etransfer.
