Help us improve social health services for people experiencing cognitive decline.
We’re conducting focus group discussions to better understand how social health services can support the social wellbeing and interactions of people with cognitive decline.
You are eligible to participate if you are 16+ years of age or older, live in Canada, and belong to one of the following three groups:
are experiencing cognitive decline or impairment,
have friends or family members who are experiencing cognitive decline or impairment, or
work in a professional capacity supporting those who are experiencing cognitive decline or impairment.
We hope you’ll join us by signing up to participate in a 60-90 minute focus group interview on Zoom.
All participants will receive $50 CAD, paid by etransfer.
